Description: Are you a Tax Stucturing Expert with a back ground in accounts/audit? Do you what to be the sole contact for all tax adviosry issues? Then if so this is a leading Private Equity House, with various types of investment funds and a global presence, are offering an brilliant opportunity!
This role works closely with the investment managers of various funds and provides tax input on structuring acquisitions and disposals of investments. You will be influential in structuring and restructuring assets within the funds to minimize tax as well as looking at financing, re-financing and debt push down. This role sits with the decision makers and helps shape investment structures. You will provide advice on both newco-up structuring as well as newco-down.
This is a very attractive opportunity within one of the industry's leading private equity houses and as such you will need to have gained significant international tax experience within a Big 4 firm and be ACA qualified.
