Oliver Phoenix joined Marks Sattin in 2007 where he successfully worked within the Financial Services Practice for over two years focusing on the Private Equity, Asset Management and Real Estate markets.
In 2009 he set up the Management Consultancy Division which has grown considerably in size and brand name and now boasts a large portfolio of clients ranging from high end strategy houses; large global brand name generalist consultancies to specific niche industry specialists.
Oliver currently focuses on the UK market at the experienced hire level and currently works successfully with the likes of McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, PwC, Accenture, Capco and many more boutique Financial Services focused businesses in the industry.

Laura Wilson is a psychology graduate with over 8 years of financial recruitment, specialising in placing accounting and finance staff across finance and professional services. Laura joined Marks Sattin in 2004 and established the M&A and Private Equity team. Quality driven, Laura’s team was nominated for Recruitment Team of the Year at the 2007 Private Equity News Awards and she personally won Recruitment Consultant of the Year 2007.
In 2008 Laura moved to head up Professional Services Division which includes specialist teams in Public Practice, Management Consulting and Tax & Treasury. Laura currently specialises in placing candidates from Analyst to Director level on both contingency and retained assignments. Tony Osborne-Bridger joined Marks Sattin at the start of 2011 and to build and develop the Associate desk of the consultancy business alongside Oliver Phoenix. Tony has over 4 years of external recruitment and sales experience having graduated from Reading University with a 2.1 in Graphic Design.
