We recruit for temp and contract roles within commerce, banking and capital markets, investment management and insurance, public practice, public sector and taxation. Our client list comprises the best companies in the UK and worldwide.
Register for temp and contract work
The first thing to do is to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV (see CV tips) by filling in the application form online or email: temps@markssattin.co.uk with a cover note including:
- When you are available for work and how long for (Visa?)
- A summary of your work experience
- What your work objectives are?
- What type of assignments you will consider?
- Previous salary or hourly rate.
After receiving your CV it will be forwarded to the most relevant consultant(s) who will contact you regarding your suitability to assignments and any possible vacancies that are outstanding that you should consider. In addition to which they will invite you in for an internal interview to discuss your options in greater detail.
Internal Interviews: It is important to make a good impression whenever interviewing so ensure that you are smart and professional. When you come for interview, it is essential that you bring:
- Your passport
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
It is also helpful, but not essential, if you bring two references (preferably from your last two employers) and any academic or relevant qualification certificates.
For those not in possession of an EU passport, a valid visa will have to be obtained prior to working in the UK.
Payment and holidays
