Our current database boasts over 3,500 carefully screened executive professionals from which we can develop a candidate shortlist which accurately matches your very specific requirements.

Finely-tuned advertiser network
We are also able to leverage our large network of specialist online job boards and press advertising which we know to bring in the highest quality individuals. All applications are rigorously screened by our experienced executive consultants to ensure that each candidate meets every one of your requirements, leaving a selection of well-suited executives ready for interview. Our experienced consultants
The consultants that work in this division of Marks Sattin must fulfill two key criteria. Firstly, they must have demonstrated exceptional business relationship development, candidate knowledge and market awareness and secondly, have worked with us at senior consultant level for a minimum of two years. With these guidelines in place we can ensure that all consultants have not only received extensive training but have also demonstrated and developed their skills according to our service levels.
