Marks Sattin are exclusively recruiting for a stand-alone Purchase Ledger clerk to join their close-knit finance team based in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop & potential for growth.

Duties within the role:

• Ensuring all purchase invoices are correctly processed in a timely manner.
• To ensure suppliers are paid in accordance with payment terms.
• Accurately matching invoices with delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Checking prices and Quantities on invoices.
• Liaise with the purchasing department.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Process payments.
• Process new account application forms.
• Ensure all documentation is correctly filed.

To be considered for the role you must:

• 2 - 3 years' experience in a purchase ledger role/environment.
• Has the ability to process high volume of invoices and work to tight deadlines
• Organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Proactive, Flexible and a Self-motivated
• Holds a desire to learn and succeed.
• Experience on Microsoft packages.
