My client, who are a leading global investors based in Central London, are looking for a finance assistant to join their fast paced finance team. You will be reporting directly to the senior accountant, combining accounting skills with business management skills.

A suitable candidate should have the following relevant skills and experiences:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exposure using Excel
• Previous experience in accounts payable role or a similar data entry role.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet to deadlines

A successful candidate's main responsibilities and task will include:

• Collection of supplier invoices, coding and approvals.
• Assist with audit proves and liaising with external auditors.
• Preparing quarterly variance analysis
• Providing data entry
• Raising sales invoices
• Ensuring that all financial matters adheres to the company's policy.
• Assisting with general ad-hoc administrative assistance.
