Marks Sattin are exclusively recruiting for an Assistant Finance Manager to join an aggressively growing SME based in Castleford. At £10m t/o with proven growth of 20% year on year for the past 3 years, this is organisation is looking for a strong Part Qualified Accountant to join the team & report directly to the FD.
The Role:
Responsible for the timely reporting of Mangement Accounts, Department & Sales Analysis and maintaining a positive and secure cash position. The Assistant Finance Manager engages in financial analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, engaiging in cost reduction analysis & reviewing operational performance.
In order to be considered for the role you must:
- Be a Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA Studier)
- Strong Excel Skills
- Demonstrable Business Partner & Stakeholder Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
