A leading US listed Pharmaceutical is currently looking for an Associate Controller to grow and develop within their team. The company has a global presence and is recognised within the market for their ground breaking research and innovative range of products and services. The organisation boasts a rich history and is supported by a large team of dedicated employees focussed on expanding their reach within the market.

Reporting to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls providing insight to internal and external members in month end review meetings
• Building and maintaining key relationships with Outsourced partners with involvement across Order To Cash, Procure To Pay and Record To Reports processes
• Entity Planning and Reporting for organisation entities within the UK
• Lead the updating of local finance policies and procedures and support Senior management to drive process improvements across the business

The ideal candidate will be a part qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with an education to degree level (or equivalent). You will have excellent computer proficiency with a working knowledge of SAP. A pharmaceutical background is highly desired but not essential. The candidate will have a track record of improving processes using initiative and will be a driven and motivated individual. You will possess strong communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally.
