A boutique accountancy firm based in Maidenhead are seeking a bright individual to join their business as an Audit Manager. Since being established in 1945, the firm has developed a strong client portfolio which ranges from individuals to medium sized companies based throughout the Thames Valley, Greater London and the Home Countries areas.

Responsibilities:

• As an Audit Manager your role will be split as follows: 50% Audit and 50% Accounts
• You will play a pivotal role in assisting the firms existing client base while identifying risks and providing potential solutions.
• The successful individual will also be managing a team and assist in coaching and developing the more junior members.
• Active engagement with senior staff to gain a good understanding of the firm.

• Delivering results and meeting client expectations.

Requirements:

The successful individual will be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent. It is essential for the candidate to have a good understanding of PAYE, CIS, VAT, Income Tax, National Insurance and Corporation Tax due to working with clients in a variety industries. Also poses a motivated and organised attitude.
