Business Analyst - Sharepoint - Banking

A well established Bank is currently seeking a Business Analyst to lead the creation of a Sharpoint site that will be used across multiple business areas. This London based role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a large programme working on a global scale.

The candidates' responsibilities include:

• Lead the creation of a Sharepoint site for use across multiple business segments to track and maintain updates and information for ongoing change initiatives.
• Responsibilities will include gathering business requirements for analysis, design & build of a workable solution, as well as engagement and training for users across the business.
• Site requirements are likely to include various reporting and work-flow solutions, as well as embedded Excel and Office applications to collate large amounts of data into a readable & accessible format.
• Support Implementation Managers in the preparation of materials for project updates and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Ad-hoc project support within the Business Implementation & Channels teams.

Required Skills & Capabilities:

• Essential experience in the design & build of Sharepoints as a solution for information management & reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities (particularly in Excel and Powerpoint)
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills both spoken and written, with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, as well as a pro-active and flexible approach to working.
• Project experience preferred but not essential
• Experience working in relevant environments (i.e. Financial Services) preferred but not essential.
