A global pharmaceuticals company based in West London is currently looking to recruit a business support SAP specialist for a 12 month contract. The role is help improve the Order to Cash process within the business and so you must have a solid background in working with Order to Cash processes. The role requires the following experience and responsibilities:

O2C systems and related process experience
* ERP implementation experience.
* Experienced in end user training
Responsibilities
* Acts a Subject Matter Expert on O2C systems and related business processes.
* Point of escalation for systems users to troubleshoot systems issues
* Building user knowledge and understanding of O2C systems.
* Best practice sharing and SAP training across the team
* Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the O2C systems and related business process
* Acts as a key contact point for systems users to troubleshoot systems issues
* Builds end user knowledge and understanding of O2C systems and related business processes.
* Supports development of R2R systems training material and delivery (including development of self help tools)
* Promotes best practice and compliance of standard practices across the O2C teams
* Maintains O2C systems related documentation, including SOPs
* Escalates systems exceptions and ongoing systems issues to the Service Manager
* Supports systems improvement projects/programmes (e.g. provide input into proposals, takes part in user acceptance testing,)
* Builds network and mentors in country based Super Users

This is an urgent role and so you must be available either immediately or at short notice.
