Our client, a privately owned manufacturing business are currently looking to appoint a new CFO who can contribute to the overall management and strategic development of the business.

Working in a supportive/partnering role to the CEO, board and senior management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial strategy to facilitate the company's ambitious growth plans whilst challenging and improving existing processes and systems. The successful candidate will adopt a hands-on role to manage and oversee monthly reporting and forecasting ensuring timely and accurate commentary to the Board.

The successful candidate will be an experienced CFO/Finance Director and must have a proven track record of working as a Senior Finance Executive, ideally within the Manufacturing sector. You will need the drive and determination to push the business forward and previous experience and first-hand knowledge of acquisitions. SAP experience would be advantageous.
