Change Analyst (£350/day)

This is an opportunity to work for a Manchester based Financial Services business on a 6 month contract. The role will involve supporting a change and implementation team with remediation activities within the business.

Your key responsibilities will include drafting project documentation, process mapping and gathering business requirements. You will also be expected to identify risks & issues in line with the project standards. As well as the above you will be required to engage with key business stakeholders to ensure they have an understanding of their project commitments.

You will be required to refine the existing processes within the business with a view to enhancing customer experience within the organisation. As such, you must have operational change experience in order to be considered for the role. Candidates will also need experience of working on a remediation project or in a complaints department previously.
