Start your job searchAn established Public Sector organisation is currently looking for a Commercial Business Analyst to join their team.This is a genuinely exciting project and a huge opportunity to gain some valuable experience on your CV.
The purpose of this role is to quickly assess and understand the service area in order to make recommendations as to how that service can be delivered in the future whilst ensuring the service delivered offers value for money and quality. It will be important to identify and investigate different options before making recommendations including understanding the financial and strategic requirements of the organisation.
This position would ideally suit a commercially minded accountant with a strategic acumen to come on board and examine the current processes. The successful candidate will need to be able to make key business decisions as well as analyse and interpret financial data. Moreover, they must have an understanding of the Public Sector as well as exposure to a commercial role within the private sector. Someone who has some sort of obvious and recent exposure to change/transformation programmes in a project-orientated environment would be ideal for this position.
This role is based in the Cumbria area and is a 3 month contract. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity and would provide you with a large amount of responsibility and the chance to work alongside a leading team.
