Commercial Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a Merseyside based FMCG organisation on a 6 month contract.

You will partner with the sales and commercial teams with a view to analysing brand/customer profit and loss reports. In addition to this you will be expected to create scenario models with regards to the volume of products that have been sold and pricing. Other key duties will include preparing commercial reports on under performing products and trends. This information will subsequently be used to suggest scenarios for improving sales performance. Additional responsibilities will include variance analysis production and reviewing KPIs to monitor business performance. You may also be expected to challenge decisions within the sales team regarding product promotional plans for the business.

In order to be considered for the role you must be a fully qualified accountant with experience of offering commercial decision support to senior finance / commercial stakeholders. Candidates with analytical experience within an FMCG environment will be suited to this role.
