Marks Sattin are currently working with a leading Retail/FMCG client who is recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager to act as a Finance Business Partner where you will be working closely with the Trading Director with day to day interaction.

Working closely with the trading teams you will be responsible for driving category growth across the multiple divisions liasing with internal and external bodies. Working across the business, you will act as a true partner providing challenge and advice to the organisation ensuring the strategy of the business is aligned with the current market conditions.

Growth has formed a key part in the continued success of this organisation over the past 4 years and this recruitment is critical to ensuring that growth can be sustained.

Ideally you will be fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified and have experience working in a Supplier / Retail organisation and possess a strong commercial mindset. You will have strong relationship skills as well as good management experience as you will have a team of two to manage.
