Commissions Analyst

This leading Business Services Organisation with billion dollar turnover is looking to recruit a Commissions Analyst to the team on a ten month contract to their offices in Canary Wharf. This role will require the successful applicant to have similar commissions experience from a Telecoms/IT/Technology/Recruitment background and the key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring timely and accurate payment of commissions for Americas and Corporate areas of the business
- Handling the monthly and quarterly commissions period end close and review cycles with regional sales heads and the Heads of Finance.
- Enacting upon changes to commissions schemes to create adapted processes.
- Provision of meaningful, timely and value adding management information to senior sales and finance stakeholders around commissions and sales staff performance
- Contributing to the design and delivery of the commissions improvement program.
- Ensuring SOX compliance in the commissions area.
