Faculty Accountant

A large higher education organization based in central London is seeking an experienced individual for the role of Faculty Management Accountant.

The successful candidate will report into the Head of Finance and work as a small sub-division of three staff.

Key duties include: -

- Acting as the key point of contact for all budget holders in one of the organization's largest faculties
- Chairing monthly meetings with stakeholders to discuss financial and management account information
- Processing research grants and ensuring that funds are allocated accordingly
- Overseeing the completion of statutory accounts and processing VAT
- Producing detailed quarterly forecasts for the senior management team

It is essential that the applicant is fully ACCA qualified and has experience of working in a varied management and financial accounting role within the higher education sector.
