A leading FMCG in Buckinghamshire is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their growing business. With strong growth plans, product lines in over 100 countries and a portfolio of well renowned customers, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious organisation.

The role will encompass:

• Responsibility for leading the financial reporting process.
• Producing weekly performance management and KPI information.
• Partnering with site management teams to investigate and explain variances to forecasts.
• Completion of monthly management accounts.
• Site costings, forecasting and budgeting.
• Management of small team.

The ideal candidate must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA) with experience in the FMCG sector. You must strong accounting experience, ability to manage a small team and influence key stakeholders.
