Our client is a highly successful FMCG organisation and are a major force within their industry. Due to internal promotion, we are recruiting for an operationally focussed Finance Director with multi-site responsibility. The role covers multiple sites across the UK and Overseas.
Reporting to the MD with responsibilities for a large finance team, this is a key position within the management team as the successful candidate will have commercial & operational impact on the continued success of the business. The FD will be heavily involved in the Strategic Decision Making process and must be able to leverage on previous experience within the Food Sector.
The successful candidate will have held a number of senior finance roles within a large FMCG organisation, whilst having had experience across both technical, commercial & operational roles.
Applicants must be ACA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) and must have experience within the Food Manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone who is a quick decision maker and confident in influencing individuals within both finance and non-finance. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator as building relationships across all disciplines will be imperative to their success in the role.
