Global Information, Technology and Communications bluechip (Revenue >$13 billion in 2010) seeks Commissions Finance Manager.
Partnering with senior Sales heads as well as Finance execs you will take up a high profile position in a division that is responsible for calculating, processing and analyzing sales commissions for c. 1800 sales staff across EMEA and Asia.
You will head up a team of 8 and enjoy significant exposure to executive management. The team is also undertaking a global process improvement program in preparation for the implementation of a new commissions system - we are therefore seeking a dynamic and motivated team lead to drive improvements in their business segment and also that of the wider organisation.
Prior experience of commissions is essential, as are strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead a team. You will be adept in data manipulation and ideally possess a Financial Qualification - Accountancy, Finance or MBA.
