As part of their growth they have created a brand new role as Finance Manager - a much needed recruit to help the business and the finance function itself to achieve it's priorities and objectives. The role will be looking after a team of 5 and will also involve: integrating newly acquired business into the structure; creation and development and improvement of processes and controls to bring them fit for future purpose; review the weekly/monthly divisional reporting, financials, data and information provided by the team. Taking the lead on finance related projects as well as providing BAU support to the team and the financial Controller. This is a fantastic role for someone to come in and bring ideas to the table as it is a new role for the company, it has the support/backing all the up to board level and is seen as a crucial hire. You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent), with experience of leading a team, perhaps from a larger company looking to bring their experience to a medium sized company, or an ambitious individual from a small / medium sized company looking for a n exciting new role with huge scope and prospects.
