My client is a well established Real Estate Investment Manager based in London.

The company is enjoying a period of growth and expansion and needs to make an addition to their Fund Finance team.

They are looking for someone ideally with Real Estate experience for an extremely varied role. It will include oversight of all of the management and financial accounting for their various fund entities as well as investor liaison, financial modelling and transaction support.

The role is very commercially focussed and the successful candidate will need to be confidant enough with their technical skills as well as interpersonal skills to be able to deal with all aspects of this role. You would also be managing a team so experience with this is also desirable.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience gained within the Real Estate Investment industry (5+ year post qualified exp required).
  • Very strong interpersonal skills - someone who is comfortable liaising at all levels internally and externally (e.g. investors)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • IFRS & GAAP experience
  • Previously managed a team

The role is initially for 6 months but, in all likelihood, will be a long term opportunity.

Please note, only successful applicants will be contacted to progress to the next stage.
