A leading Forensic Accounting firm are seeking a Forensic Accountant for an initial 12 month period. The work that will be undertaken obviously depends on the particular needs of the investigation team at that time, especially with a number of trials due to take place in the coming months. However the type of work that has been undertaken to date includes the following:

  • review of evidence and preparing analysis to assist the case team in their investigations
  • preparing analysis of financial information and explaining to the investigation team
  • assisting in the preparation of interview plans for suspects and witnesses;
  • conducting, alongside SFO staff, interviews of suspects and witnesses;
  • undertaking searches of the available evidence to assist the case team in identifying individuals who may be involved in the manipulation of LIBOR or periods of time of particular interest;
  • assisting the team in the preparation for the trials

The successful candidate must have relevant forensic accounting experience. An outgoing person with very strong communicational skills is desirable in order to convey opinions clearly.
