An exciting new role has arisen with my client, a multi-national operation with significant presence in the UK. We are currently ooking to recruit an incredibly high-calibre Senior Finance Professional to join as Group Financial Controller as part of their succession planning.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the role is responsible for financial, management accounting and consolidation of accounts for the UK Function. This role covers consolidation and group reporting for multiple trading businesses in the UK . You will be proactive in immplementing systems process improvements and financial control, anage efficient purchase ledger and expense control. Other responsibilities include developing & managing ongoing relationships within & across several business units along with contributing to the analysis, due diligence & execution of potential acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures.
You must be a qualified accountant (ACA preferred) with a proven track record within a Senior Finance role. The successful candidate will have a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to identify issues & create solutions.
