Group Financial Controller

Our client, a highly commercial private equity backed healthcare business, requires a Group Financial Controller to join their team due to the business' current and ongoing growth.

This role requires an exceptional candidate, someone who is a real high performer, and who can transform the content and delivery of financial information in a business that strives for excellence.

You will take complete day to day responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of the business results, using this information to lead the business to better operational performance.

You will be adept at consolidations and month end processes and be an expert in cash management and projections.

Currently a member of a team within a blue chip organisation, your reporting skills will be put to use when producing high specification reporting packs for the General Managers and Board and other information systems.

Working closely with external auditors, both internal and external customers, suppliers and operational managers as a real partner, you will help the business understand its financial trajectory in this exciting growth business.

This role would suit a dynamic individual with excellent presentation skills and looking for a position with real career opportunity. You will preferably be chartered, having trained in a 'Big Four' firm, with experience of working in a larger commercial organisation and possess strong UK GAAP and IFRS skills. Private healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
