Start your job searchBased on the South Coast this is a specialist tax role joining a highly regarded head office tax function.
Whilst your remit is broad you will have a primary focus on corporate tax compliance and reporting, to include:
- Providing support to the UK and overseas entities (being first point of contact for queries, completion of UK withholding tax returns);
- Support tax related Group financial reporting (review elements for accuracy and completeness, provide tax input to the management accounts, manage preparation for year end, provide input to all Group budgets and strategic plans in respect of tax areas;
- Maintain transfer pricing documentation (update TP file annually, provide support to overseas entities);
- Support VAT and PAYE processes
You will work closely with the Group Tax Manager in all respects.
You will be a finalist level / newly qualified corporate tax specialist (ACA/ACCA/CTA/ATT) and have proven background in corporate tax either from the profession or another commercial business. You will have excellent communication skills, able to discuss tax issues clearly to non-tax stakeholders; be a team player; and willing to take on increased responsibility in an international and ever-changing business.
The tax function pays a pivotal role in the ongoing global expansion plans of the business.
