An exciting and challenging opportunity exists at an established SME based Leisure business for an interim Chairman / CRO to lead and recommend a change and restructure project.

The role is initially for 6 months and will provide an insight into the restructure and turnaround of the business. Working with the MD the business has an FD and CFO in position but are looking for a commercial board level foil to provide guidance on cost cutting, restructuring, renegotiation of rents and liaison with customers and suppliers alike.

The successful applicant must have a finance background, FMCG industry experience, turnaround experience in sensitive and difficult situations and experience of leading and implementing change and company restructures from an MD, CRO or board position within a £25-100M turnover privately owned business.
