Cansdales are based in the heart of Amersham with excellent transport links to Central London and the Thames Valley areas. They maintain a traditional approach with customer service and relationships whilst taking advantage of all improvements in technology and communication to ensure maximum benefit to their clients. Due to movement within the business they are looking to recruit a Partners Assistant to join them. The role of Partners Assistant will pave the way to progress to Partner within the firm.

Cansdales offer a wide range of services to their clients including Audit, Tax, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Business Management and more. They are looking for a Partners Assistant to work within the Not for Profit sector.

You will assist the Partner in ensuring the provision of an effective, efficient and profitable service to clients. The role is split between Audit and Accounts and you will be given a portfolio of clients to manage within the Charitable sector. Business development will be a key part of this role as you will be given the chance to build on your portfolio as part of your progression to Partner.

As well as providing technical support you will assist with the training of more junior staff members and really get involved in the family feel of the team at Cansdales.

They are looking for a qualified accountant for this position and it is essential that you are either ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with previous accountancy practice exposure. You will have worked in a mixed role of accounts and audit and bring with you great communication and technical skill.
