The firm have a wide client base with a portfolio of clients within key areas including estates and farms, bloodstock, equine and sports horses to name a few.

You will manage the tax affairs of individuals and unincorporated family businesses and widen the breadth of your knowledge and expertise.

Main responsibilities will include meeting with clients, managing annual tax return preparations, managing and delivering tax panning projects and reviewing tax computations of family partnerships within your portfolio.

You will also engage in business development, attending events as a member of the rural business team.

Because of the strong network of offices in the Thames Valley area work could be carried out in Newbury, Oxford or Reading. Therefore the base location is flexible.

Applicants must have strong client communication and management skills, portfolio management experience and knowledge of tax issues facing rural businesses. Knowledge of capital allowances is also essential.
