A leading Private Equity business is looking for an experienced fund accountant to join their team on a contract basis, covering a fund focused on Energy & Renewables.

The role will encompass a wide range of financial responsibilities including statutory accounting, monthly management reporting, revenue reporting, budgeting and forecasting. The successful applicant will also liaise closely with the finance business partner to support the end to end investment process.

Candidates must be ACA qualified or equivalent with a strong technical accounting background in either IFRS or UK GAAP, ideally with a background with other Private Equity businesses. Experience of fund accounting and group consolidations is also essential for this role. A good level of financial modelling, proficient Excel and Powerpoint skills, knowledge of Oracle and experience of preparing management accounts are all highly desirable.
