A small architecture business located in South West London is currently in search of a Billings Administrator to join ASAP to cover maternity leave.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly cash flowed fee invoices
• Preparing and sending detailed expense invoices with supporting documentation
• Review contracts to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and management of expenses
• Update accounting system with sales ledger invoices
• Update accounts system for billable and non billable expenses
• Assist the Studio accountant with ensuring that time is charged correctly
• Review potential time and expenses and reallocate as necessary

Prior experience within billings is essential. Moreover, a background in a creative industry would be beneficial.
