This leading Property Development Company based in their fantastic offices in Central London, is looking to recruit an experienced Property Accountant to the team on a temporary to permanent basis. Reporting to the Finance Director, applicants will have previous experience using ECS and/or Qube. The main responsibilities in this role will include:
§ Handling a number of leases and taking responsibility for the preparation and reconciliation of the accounts. § Handle service charge and produce the monthly and quarterly reports on these§ Reconciliations work including service charge and costs§ Income analysis and reporting this to the Finance Director on a monthly basis§ Responsibility for accruals and prepayments§ Involvement in the budgeting and forecasting process for a number of delegated tenants
