A renowned asset manager boasting an enviable number of assets under management is looking for a newly qualified accountant to join their Real Estate Investment Team. Working closely with the senior management team, you will be responsible for all matters of financial and management reporting for three real estate funds, consolidating reporting packs for the European entities and managing quarterly valuations exercise across all investments.
Past experience has shown the successful candidate will be a newly qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) ideally with first time passes that has exposure to Real Estate Investment Managers through their time in audit. Candidates that have the practical experience of UK GAAP and performing consolidations will have a distinct advantage in their application. Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be speaking with stakeholders on a regular basis.
