My client a leading international organisation in Goole are currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join a team of 7. This role has arisen due to an internal promotion and so they are looking for an outstanding qualified accountant from practice or industry. As part of a dynamic and close knit team you will be responsible for all accounting activities for the UK site plus corporate monthly, yearly and ad hoc submissions. The role will initially involve assisting the team in the monthly close process. This includes producing the plants financial statements in accordance with local UK and US GAAP standards and various supporting submissions. Given the flexible and dynamic nature of the department and company this role is by no means restricted to the above and will grow as the individual does. The candidate will be expected to create and take further opportunities within the organisation.
