Senior Management Accountant

A large housing association based in central London is seeking an experienced individual for the permanent role of Senior Management Accountant.
The successful candidate will report into the director of residential finance and work as part of the wider finance division.

Key duties include:
- Overseeing the completion of management accounts for the organization's residential portfolio
- Assisting with the completion of the annual budget
- Developing detailed cash flow forecasts
- Interacting closely with project managers across key internal divisions
- Improving existing financial forecasting and budgeting models

It is imperative that the successful candidate is fully ACMA/ACCA qualified and has worked in a similar role previously.
