NASDAQ listed Technology business in Berkshire is currently looking for an experienced Financial Accountant for a 12 months maternity cover. The business is currently one of the market leaders within software and cloud development. You'll be working in a team of 3 reporting to the Financial Controller with a dotten line to the EMEA Finance Director and assist with:
- Year-end accounts (IFRS & UK/US GAAP)
- Balance sheet reconciliation and review
- Assist with the External Audit (SOX)
- Review UK VAT returns
To be considered for this role, it is likely you would come from a practice background and be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA equivalent). The ideal candidate will also have had previous experience in a large TECH organization. However, those without it may still be considered.
