Strategic Business Analyst

My client, a significant blue chip financial services business is entering a phase of significant transformational change across the organisation, a key part of which is the delivery of a more efficient cost base. As result they are keen to bring on board high calibre individuals in the role(s) of Strategic Business Analyst.

As part of the team to deliver on these new strategic objectives your role and input will be far reaching and very influential, the future prospects are also substantial and will be across commercial, strategic and change management areas.

You will ensure that all transformation initiatives within the business impacting the headcount position are visible, tracked, validated and closely managed in order that their impact on the overall footprint plan is incorporated and clearly understood. The Business Analyst will produce business cases and financial appraisals to support each phase of the footprint programme.

You will be a qualified accountant (or equivalent) with financial modelling experience (sql, cognos tm1, hyperion or similar OLAP tools) a big plus, have experience of working in large blue chip organisations within a commercial/finance/business analyst type role and be able to work/manage complex situations and workstreams.
