We empower our consultants from the very first day they step into the office; there will be no preparation of power point decks for other people to present and no sitting on the bench waiting to be told what to do. You will be out in the field at client site helping to devise industry leading strategies to solve the most complex of problems.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level from a red brick university and will be currently working within a strategy firm. There is definitely flexibility around level but two to three years outside of University or MBA would be great.
