An exciting new role has opened up at a leading energy firm in West London who are seeking Tax Advisor for the Middle East & North Africa, as part of the Upstream Tax Team. The successful candidate will provide support and advice across various taxes for the Upstream Businesses in the Middle East and North Africa to help ensure that the company meets its strategic objectives.

The key responsibilities include:

• Accurate and timely tax compliance and reporting;
• Protecting value and mitigating all material tax risks;
• Creating value through pro-active support and tax advice to the businesses
• Provision of tax support across tax activities which can include tax compliance, tax reporting, tax planning and advisory for upstream business activity in Algeria, Libya, Oman, Abu Dhabi, Pakistan (exit), Iraq, Jordan (exit), Kuwait and Sharjah.
• Provision of tax support for upstream new business development activity across these Regions
• Demonstrating tax and business expertise and strong relationships

They are looking for a relevant post professional qualification experience candidate that possesses strong communicational and interpersonal skills as work will have various accountabilities which may be across jurisdictions and have competing demands
