My client based in Doncaster is looking to recruit an interim Sales Ledger Administrator within their Finance team. The role will be on a temporary basis (however should the business have the continued level of growth the role could be extended).

The duties include:

• Cash posting and allocation.
• Invoicing/Billing - both electronically and paper.
• Discrepancy management - Logging customer claims.
• Raising credit notes re authorised customer claims.
• Send monthly customer statements.
• Filing and other clerical duties.

The ideal candidate would be:

• Immediately available
• have previous exposure with Sales Ledger duties
• be confident within internal and external communication
• have good attention to detail
