The organisation is looking for a Part Qualified Accountant to join their team and make their next steps within Finance. Reporting to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance and management of the Nominal Ledger and Cashbook compliant with internal controls and statutory requirements
• Preparation of monthly accounts, budgets and quarterly forecasts to control the business and aid the financial planning/decision making process
• Develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of financial information
• On-site field operations including cash controls at events and management of event suppliers

This opportunity to establish your career within a globally recognised Sports & Leisure brand is in high demand. The ideal candidate will be a Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) and educated to degree level (or equivalent). An enthusiastic sporting background will be advantageous however not essential. You will have an advanced understanding of Excel and will possess strong communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally.
