Big 4 consultancy are currently seeking a Transactional Advisory Services Manager to join their team in Manchester City Centre. This prestigious and globally renowned organisation is currently one of the market leaders in Audit and Assurance consultancy and work with the most recognisable brands across the globe.

This position plays a central role within the Transactional advisory services department. As a Manager you will handle transactions and interface with client management, funders and other professionals; know when to seek advice from other specialists and partners/directors and demonstrate commercial ability.

Main Responsibilities include;

• Taking an active part in networking events and undertaking a direct approach to target as well as aiming to build a personal network from which to generate leads
• Taking a second level client relationship position behind associate director / partner and filling in for an associate director as primary contact whilst they are absent as well as resolving and identifying risk management issues
• Seek to participate in business development activities and contribute to sales pitches and drafting proposals as well writing high quality, professionally presented reports, requiring minimal input from associate directors.

To be considered for this role you much be a qualified ACA accountant (or equivalent) with experience of working in Transactional Advisory Services, as well as having experience of client facing work and applying commercial judgement.
