Key financial responsibilities will include overseeing of preparation of statutory accounts, annual reports, all monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and monthly, quarterly and yearly closing for subsidiaries. In addition, you will be required to provide information for the relevant departments for analysis.
You will undertake Company Secretary responsibilities, including signing of contracts and negotiating new deals. In addition, you will provide assistance to the MD in all aspects and new projects, making recommendations for commercial issues, along with investment appraisals, as well as dealing with all daily operational issues. You will be the key contact for external parties and report back to the Group board of any financial queries.
