A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen within an expanding Global leading FMCG Company in Slough for an experienced Year-End Accountant to be part of an efficient Team. This role is a very specific and challenging task ensuring that the Year End process is carried out accurately and to provide support in the production of Statutory accounts for the Business Units.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completion and preparation of full financial statements
• Preparation of month end reporting package
• Responsible for recording and reconciling all deposits and rebates
• Calculate monthly depreciation charges
• Carry out monthly balance sheet reconciliations and month end procedures
• Complete daily bank reconciliations
• Production of cash flow forecast
• Responsible for cash book reconciliation
• Follow in accordance with US GAAP
• Full SOX Compliance

We are looking for an experienced Year-End Qualified Financial Accountant (ACA/CIMA equivalent) who has experience within a multinational or reputable firm. Our client requires professional, strong communicators with a high level of numeracy and attention to detail who are looking for a task in which they can use all aspects of their knowledge to carry out complex task of Year End reporting with exposure to US GAAP and SOX compliance to support the business heading into 2015.
