Opportunities exist across the team with an emphasis on experienced Finance Business Partners and Integration and Transformation specialists. These are identified as succession roles with real potential to be fast-tracked to leadership within the business.

About Group IT Finance
Group IT supplies and manages around 85% of the Lloyds Banking Group IT services. Annual cost budget is around £1.4bn and there are approximately 10,000 staff both in the UK and in India. Group IT is responsible for managing the ongoing IT services for Retail Stores, the Corporate and Commercial arms of the Bank, the Banks Central functions (eg Finance, HR, Risk) and some aspects of the Wealth and International Business. It also delivers the vast majority of IT change across the Bank in support of Business Unit Strategies.
Group IT Finance delivers Financial Insight and Control to the IT Directors and their teams and consists of over 150 people based in London, Edinburgh, Bristol and Halifax.
Group IT is undergoing a major change programme as a result of the recent formation of LBG and is spear-heading £1.2bn worth of IT change as a direct result, as well as going through a major restructuring and Operating Model Review for its own teams.
