Our consultants
Most of our consultants are recruited with one to three years of commercial experience and are immediately put through an extensive six month training programme. As you would expect for a recruitment agency, we only recruit consultants that truly stand out. Following training they are supported by experienced managers who have been with the company for between five and ten years.
All consultants are skilled at developing long term working relationships with both clients and candidates. Where possible we strive to ensure continuity between client and their contact consultant, thus allowing the relationship to consistently evolve and improve.
Our philosophy is sustainable growth through personal empowerment, which forms the basis of motivation for all our staff i.e. rapid career development. As a result of our dedication to our staff, our staff turnover is one of the lowest in the industry and is consistently below the industry average.
