We were approached by a client who was struggling to fill a key role paying £90,000 as a base salary within their Consulting space. After receiving their detailed job specification our dedicated consultants were able to generate 4 suitable candidates from a database search and a targeted advertising campaign within the space of 48 hours.
Two of these candidates successfully progressed to interview stage and eventually an offer was made to candidate 1. We knew that candidate 1 had 3 offers on the table from other companies but successfully managed to fill the senior position with candidate 1, as well as obtain another placement for candidate number 2 in a slightly more junior role. Both candidates have now started and the client has provided exceptional feedback regarding their progress.
