The Opportunity
We are committed to developing the next generation of industry leaders through its Management Associate programme. As a Management Associate, we will be looking for you to swiftly assume a real role, running a key portfolio alongside senior managers, and helping to shape the overall strategy and direction of the Bank.

About the role
We are now offering the role of Business Manager in different business functions in Dubai, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Shanghai and Singapore. You will be expected to assume responsibilities including:
- Support the Head of business function in all aspects of their role in managing the specific function of the Bank - driving the business, managing the people and exercising control & governance through its geographical franchise.
- Support the Head of business function in business planning, co-ordination and project management.
- Support the Head of business function in putting together various strategy documents for senior management.
