After successfully filling a previous role within the EMEA finance function of this global IT Solutions powerhouse, we were re-engaged by the same line manager to assist in the recruitment of two high calibre Finance Business Partners. Working with the line manager to understand exactly the requirements for both roles and were able to successfully secure source two excellent individuals from direct competitors. Both candidates were the front runners for their perspective roles from day one and it was a simple case of ensuring that the process had enough momentum to get both hires closed down quickly. This leading FMCG company in Berkshire tasked us with recruiting a number of recently qualified ACA's for highly commercial roles within their Head Office.
